We've all been there--you get to the gym prepared to sweat simply to determine that you've forgotten something that's necessary to your workout. Water Bottle: Yeah, this may be a duh for a few of you, however it's among the most important items which you could--and should constantly --have. Having a vacant, removable water bottle that you could refill on the fly will be sure that you're always able to hydrate (and it is a more ecofriendly option compared to plastic bottles most studios supply ). Face Wipes: Give your face a fantastic swipe before and after you perspiration to help fight breakouts and be sure you're not that woman using a spoonful of smearing makeup during a cardio class or jogging on the treadmill. Dry Shampoo: No shower at your gym? No problem! Easily make the transition from your work out into the day ahead with a couple sprays of shampoo along with a chic, cluttered topknot. BB or CC Lotion: The ideal no-makeup makeup which moisturizes your face area and add some subtle coverage to help reduce redness and cover some imperfections. Nutrition Bar: Avoid the hangry and make sure you've fueled for your sweat sesh by prepping your bag with a few snacks that will be easily munched on-the-go.
